BACKGROUND
Bath Kitchen Company is a family business operating since 1990. They create bespoke kitchens that strike the ideal balance between the customer’s aesthetic and practical requirements.
After more than twenty years in the industry there was a need to differentiate themselves away from the mid-range players; punch above their weight and attract a higher value clientelle. Perceptions of the company were mixed, while profitable, their current profile left them open to too many low value enquiries. Their current website was not performing well and was not responsive to mobile. The language was not that of a ‘coffee table book’, and the current photography was laboured and lacked inspiration.
