HOW YOU FIT IN

Working closely with the creative director champion and apply modern, creative and UX to deliver elegant graphic and digital design. As well as being branding and digital experts, our designers also work in a number of print disciplines, helping our clients use different channels to communicate their message effectively. As a designer, you will be expected to work on brand and sector-appropriate design work and user experiences. You will be a confident and experienced communicator and comfortable presenting your work and providing rationale for your design decisions to clients. Among other skills the successful candidate will have an understanding and experience of taking artwork to print, of grid theory, typography, information architecture, navigation, colour balance, tension and have a deep understanding of how design translates to usability and action online. You will be up to date with current design and digital trends, to demonstrate through a portfolio of works of successful digital and logo design projects.
