@decorex_intl launches top design influencers social media campaign

The Luxury Interiors Sector show, Decorex International is once again on the hunt for the top 100 interior design influencers on Twitter. This highly anticipated social media campaign, #Decorex100, asks members of the design community to nominate their favourite and most inspiring Twitter users.

Taking part is simple,  tweet the following: “I’m nominating @twitterhandle* for the #DECOREX100 top 100 influential interior design Twitter users http://www.decorex.com/DECOREX100/

*Users need to insert the Twitter handle of the nominated account in the space of the @twitterhandle

#Decorex100 was launched on 9th June 2014 and runs for three weeks both on Twitter and on the newly designed Decorex website http://www.decorex.com/DECOREX100/, entries close on 27th June.

The top 100 interior design influencers on Twitter will comprise of public nominations, sorted by influence using social ranking software Klout, which are then curated by the Decorex team based on relevant content, engagement and 'Klout score'. The leader is updated in real time daily. The winners are to be announced on the Decorex website and on social media platforms.

More and more companies are communicating via online platforms, such as Twitter, to share the latest products, offer advice, as well as news on the latest design trends. We ran the campaign in 2012 to huge success with many of the winners achieving even greater prominence today. It’s more important than ever to be in the know, and when it comes to design, people look to Decorex. Therefore our #Decorex100 campaign provides the perfect opportunity to re-engage with the design community in the lead up to this year’s exciting show,” comments Simone du Bois, Decorex International’s Brand Director.
